Victorinox Carving Knife 19cm

The Victorinox Carving Knife has a high carbon stainless steel blade that is razor sharp, and ice tempered to retain its sharpness longer.

It is available in two sizes 19cm or 22cm.

A knife with a shorter blade offers an element of agility, and this 19cm chef’s knife is shorter than the other Victorinox chef knives on offer. It makes it easier to place the knife, especially the tip. The handle is light to hold, while its non-slip material magnifies your control when cutting.
