The award-winning Yardbird rub was developed for competition BBQ but it gives us backyard barbequers the chance to produce great BBQ.

Plowboys BBQ’ Yardbird was developed for competition BBQ and won the 2009 American Royal Invitational.

This savoury rub has a touch of sweetness that is followed by a little heat on the back of the tongue.

Created for chicken, but also made for pork.
