Pour Denco Smokey Southern BBQ Marinade over meat and marinate overnight. Cook before consumption.

This dark, rich southern-style marinade is made with tomato paste, garlic, smoke flavours plus an extra kick from tabasco sauce and chilli. It suits any red or white meat and is particularly suited to ribs.
