Victory Boning Knife 6″

The 6″ Inch (15cm) Victory Progrip Boning Knife features a curved narrow stiff blade ideal for intricate deboning of a range of proteins. It can also be used for filleting.

The textured handle is made from a thermoplastic elastomer with excellent anti-slip properties. The protective fingerguard offers extra protection to prevent run-on injuries. A slightly larger handle than others on the market, the Victory Progrip would be ideal for someone with a larger hand.
