A complete curing compound for whole leg hams, smoked hams and bacon. Flavoured with sweet pineapple for improved taste. It contains blended phosphates, colour stabiliser, curing salt and flavour enhancer. Gives superb curing and colour stability with fine flavour development and excellent preservation.

This product is made on the same equipment that also produces products containing allergens listed in the FSANZ Standard 1.2.3.
