Durant Salt Cure Pineapple

Using the Durant Pineapple Salt Cure to pickle your meats will add a deliciously sweet flavour to your meat, perfect for corned beef or ham.

For a 25% pump rate mix 500g pineapple cure with 450g salt and 45 litres of cold water.
